most of the time i can't get horny and my husband can't take it anymore, what should i do? i have emotional problems from traumatic experiences, but i want to keep my husband happy, please help Sad

If your husband's a good guy then he should give you some time to handle what's bothering you. Come on, before he was with anyone he had to do it himself. It shouldn't hurt him so much to just do it himself, or chill and wait.

Maybe you should try thinking more sexually to relax about the subject. Try reading some erotic fiction either here or on Literotica to see what turns you on. masturbate
Do that for a couple of weeks then abstain for a couple of days to see if you get horny.

I am on the flip side of this kind of thing, my wife has had a rough time the past couple of years and has lost most of her sex drive and has turned vanilla. I still love her but can't imagine the rest of my life like this if she doesn't start to feel like her old self.

Anyways, thank you both for the advice, I'll try what you said and see if it works. I just found it weird that my friends can get horny without even doing anything at all. I guess maybe I just have to work a little harder than them at it.
