When I got married two years ago i had a photographer who was then semi-pro, however, he is now fully proffesional, and trading as photographique (Leicester) the guys name is Jeff lynch and his no is 01664 424851 or 07891685778. he did our wedding,and tho not cheap he did a fantastic job, he did two albums and a couple of portaits for aprox £700.this guy is seriously good!
