Marriage in Bangkok

I am Canadian and live in Canada. My boyfriend is in a Pakistani but we want to get married in Bangkok. I don't know what we need to do for the government mandatory papers. Could someone please let me know. I would like to know before we leave so that if I have to do anything here before I leave then I can get that done. So if anyone knows what is required please do let me know.
