baby movements

i am 20 weeks pregnant with my first baby !i'm not
sure if i felt the baby moving ! it felt like a
heartbeat inside my stomach. i have only felt this the
once. if it wasnt the baby moving should i be worried ?

First time mums don't often start feeling the baby move till about 22 weeks. It starts off like butterflies in your belly, then gets stronger as each day passes.

Hi, Im 19 weeks pregant and didnt know if i was feeling the baby moveing. My placenta is on the front of my belly acting like a cushion so i cant feel the baby moving during the day. At night though when i'm layed down i can feel him/her kicking about, but its a light sensation.
Dont think about it as you could be there a while. It will happen you just have to be patient. x
