I would only be a month or so but my question is...is it possible not to have enough hormone to test properly? I have been pregnant before and this is just like it but then why cant I get a positvie result. ANy help would be appreciated

If you're a week late you should have enough HCG to show up on a test but that's not to say you're not pregnant (I've been in the position where I took two or three tests that came up negative after a missed period but I was indeed pregnant)
I'd try another test (like first response - an early pregnancy detecter)and if it still comes up negative then go to your GP.

Oh, and make sure you test with your first urine in the morning!

*Sorry if this isn't what you want to hear*

The withdrawal method is pretty unreliable for the simple fact that semem 'leaks out' before ejaculation. Some people can use this method for years and not get pregnant but in reality you have about the same % of getting pregnant each month as if you weren't using any method.

I hope it turns out ok

Im not sure what else could be wrong with me. I took another test still negative. I have a weird taste in my mouth, queasy stomache and have to stop the gag reflex a lot. I also have headaches and still no period. Combine that with being tired and hungry all hte time, what else could I have. And if I am pregnant then why are all hte tests negative.

Those do sound like typical pregnancy symptoms but still no + Confused
Maybe you could ask your doctor to do a blood test, that will pick up any HCG even if it's still too low to have shown yet... Maybe you ovulated later this month, that could possibly cause a delay (or not enough hormone yet to show up a positive)

Some people will never show positive on a urine test...Go to the doctor and have a blood test.

So my doctor called in sick so my ultrasound has to be rescheduled but i have another quesion. For implantation bleeding, how much blood should there be. I bled for 2 days, not overly heavy or normal for me. Then it just quit and Im still not feeling well. Was this a period or what?

I think it's usually quite light so it could have been implantation bleeding. I know it must be frustrating not knowing but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you Very Happy

Thankyou so much for all your help. Its hard cause we are trying not to get excited but you cant help it. I feel pregnant but maybe I have something else wrong with me. Although the bleeding was really different than my period. But still hard cause my hormones are really weird, but they were this way with my son as well.
