Why do men find pregnant women so sexy ?

speaking as an average male, I wonder what it is that men find so sexy about a pregnant woman?
Personally speaking I think it's the full nipples, the big belly. Anyone agree with me ?

To each their own. I do find pregnants woman in their first trimester extremely sexual...I've have had 'one-night flings' with them and it's great knowing that they cannot get impreganated again! I've had such encounters with 3 different women at different times...and the feeling is just so organsmic!
