Good for you Fred. You are giving credit to young men, organizing and taking responsibility for their futures. That wasn't so hard was it? You didn't even belittle them because of the color of their skin.

They are to become architects and engineers!!!!

Hmm... I'll take an architect or engineer that worked for their degree over one who was handed a free education and or position any day!
