Barcelona has got soo much to offer for anyone thinking of taking a weekend break or an extended holiday. It's full of things to see; La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Casa Battlo, La Pedrera... and more importantly, it's got loads of SHOPPPS!
Take for example the shopping mall Maremagnum down by the harbour, apart from the fact its at a beautiful harbour where there's loads of restaurants, cafe´s and benches to watch the world go by, the shops are great, with loads of chains that we don't get in Britain such as; Blanca and Friday Project. Then you've got the shopping centre at Glories and in the centre where you'll find Desigual, fnac, sfera and El Corte Ingles (the really trendy department store) all next to Las Ramblas. Then take a left down Carrer de la Porrtaferissa, off Las Ramblas and you'll come to River Island, H&M and many more one off treats... I love writing about shopping on my blog!
