Hi,
in terms of bmi thats a little high - its 27.8 and it should be below 25 (and above 20 imho but it keeps getting altered so I think its technically 18.5??)
it will obviously depend upon you density, I mean I am 5ft4 and 144lb, which is technically at the top of the range.
bmi is not that accurate, body fat it more indicative of health risk, especially the distibuation.
if your waist is greater the 32" then you should really consider losing a little weight, adding a bit of exercise may be the way to do it? Though if you work out alot (resistance) you could be in a similar situation as me, and weigh alot more than you look.
I used to work with someone who weighed the same as me and was about the same height but she was two dress sizes bigger on the whole! crazy huh??
my personal problem is getting trousers to fit as I have larger legs (they are a bit 'fat' so to speak but look fatter due to underlying muscle - quite annoying when buying trousers

)
its about having a healthy body composition, I mean my mum is 5ft and was technically overweight at 9st4 but there was very little fat to her. this problem is however more common in men, (bodybuilders, rugby players etc!)
hope this helps, good luck and be happy!
