Pretty much my sentiments ILWL. 
But Fred if you really want to know about UK National Insurance Contributions (NIC) and how they apply to the NHS and the State Pension, and who does and doesn't have to pay them, then this is quite an informative website...

What ever happened to that hospital that stopped washing the sheets after each patient and was just turning them over?
Did the government start giving them more money or did they resort to other cost cutting shortcuts? |
