What authority does Fred have?

As I see it - none.

He doesn't seem to work,
Can't be educated beyond an 8 year old,
Can't have a family,

He passes judgment on everyone and everything (wrongly too) and never has any authority to do so.

He's a lonely, sad old man, as Karrin said - with smeggy pants.

Colonel, honestly, I think Fred does what he does just to get a reaction out of people. Stop and think, it is always the same subjects, same responses, same buzz words. He presses the same buttons and gets the same reactions, all the time. I think he is just playing around. Play back, that's what I do! :lol:
