Hi,

Quite interesting article but I could not find anything about "tricky door corners. I am planning to install carpet tiles in the hall and there are 4 doors with very odd frames,(old style doors). How do I go about it? Cutting the tile round would not help because there would still remain a space to fill in. Any advice?

The floor tiles are higher then the carpet How can I sort this

Lay the tile upto the architrave and with a fine toothed saw cut off the bottom of the architrave to leave a small gap to slide the tile under.
