I have quite spotty underarms. I originally thought that I was allergic to the alliminium in many deoderants. However, after trying various deoderants I have come to the conclusion that this is not the case. I now think that I am just prone to spots in that area. Does anyone else suffer from a similar problem and if so what advice can you offer?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

OOH, i had this exact problem..i was getting an itchy rash under arm, especially after a night out, i eventually figured out that it was the 'fake metal chain' of my *a**a* which i had under my arm which caused this rash, and once it had appeared sweat only served to make it worse, i got cream from my doctor, i tried simple deodrant..simple soap..nothing worked, untill i realised it was what i was putting underneath my arm and then sweating, so if you use handbags maybe thats to blame, dont apply anything to that arm pitt for a little while......give it a few days to a week to clear up, then once its gone it should persist in coming back. If not see your doctor..thats what i did.

You could try wearing loose clothing too and natural fibres...synthetic and tight clothing could aggrevate, or have even caused it. Do you use a particular hair removal method that could be causing this? Perhaps it would be worth trying a different razor or shaving gel, maybe having them waxed would help? Good luck

deodorants tend to make ones armpit darker, if the reason is body odor, shower as often as you can, that's the best natural way. Wink
