PMS seems to hit me hard once every few months. I find myself crying and yelling at my boyfriend and wanting him to hug me but ofcourse he dosen't want to be around me. Why can't I just leave it be? I try to make it better but it just makes it worse. My poor boyfriend, we live together, ends up getting really mad at me and then I find myself apologizing but he wont accept it and he wont talk to me for a week. He threatens to leave me and I just cry and cry. Does anyone else feel like this sometimes? I feel like a crazy biyatch and he makes me feel like one. How can I fix this? And why don't men understand that we really love them and that we cannot control PMS?

Does he have to tolerate the awful prospect of what feels like the squeezing of a lemon in your womb every month? No? You're allowed to be grouchy at that time of the month, he'll just have to ignore it or go for a walk when you start getting on at him.

My partner also suffers with severe PMS.

I asked a few friends for some advice and one came up with a very effective solution.

He suggested that I get her to walk for 6 miles every day for the week before she started with her PMS.

It works really well. Now the bitch is 42 miles away and I can't hear her at all. Very Happy

OK Ok OK I'm sorry.
