...so, what's the verdict? Is it fashion faux pas for a guy to wear a vest (not a white wifebeater, or a string vest!) outside during the hot summer weather? Its not fair that only the girls can get away with showing flesh in that regard!
I do feel though it is a bit 90s...I don't want to violate that norm! |
