No, that aircraft is jointly being developed by Britain AND America. Our defence compay is BAE Systems.
BAE Systems also OWNS the company that makes Hummers and Bradleys. (US army equipment!)

The Hummer was originally developed for the US Army by a GM subsidiary - just how many companies and factories make Hummers ?

BTW, The Australian and British special forces [these days recognised as the best in the world..] use Land Rover 110s and Toyota Landcruisers - as these are far superior and more reliable vehicles to Hummers - the Humvees are kept as play toys...

It's more a case of the Oz SAS and US Seals using the British SAS systems as part of their own training, rather than being directly trained by them..
As an aside here, Myron, the new unarmed combat instruction for US Navy Seals and Delta Force is being organised by an Aussie ex-SAS soldier who now works as a martial arts/self defence instructor - and runs a business teaching such (and obviously a business that's big enough and serious enough to deal with the US military..).
