But a few here think that the Church's and Bush's STOPPING of handing out condoms is a bad idea.
They say it helped spread more disease.
And it will spread more disease in a promiscuous society that has sex out of wedlock.
So... moral men must make a decision... do they hand out condoms so adults can act like juveniles or do they show them that promiscuity and it's immorality costs lives?

The spread of AIDS is also passed by unfaithful husbands as well. An innocent party is being exposed and possibly a child as well. In all good faith and as a believer in God and human rights, I would hand them out with a clean and clear conscience to these people under the present dire circumstances.
