This is gonna be fun:
U.S. State Department official stationed in Athens whose portfolio included "the entire Med" - he doesn't know the Greek language or any language other than English
I was operations, and not local. I didn’t need to know Greek, cause it was just a bedroom for me. My portfolio was the entire Med. I went from Portugal to Iran, from Sweden to North Africa. I speak Spanish, French and Portuguese functionally well...Spanish and French, quite well. I'm sure you are aware that in order to gain a PhD in the English speaking world you have to demonstrate both oral and written proficiency in at least two different languages.
Country singer
Well, not exactly only country. But when I was at university at Berkeley I made a little money on the side as a guitarist/singer in the pubs on San Pablo Avenue.
Ordained Presbyterian Elder
Well, yes. Are you not religious, murry/myron? Is that why you cannot understand one who supports the Church? I was also a member of the budget and economic planning committees of Synod and Presbytery of the Southwest.
Writer of two published novels and a published book of poetry
This, too, is true. It rankles murray/myron because I won’t reveal more about them. You’ve all had a taste of murry/myrons stalker ‘saving of things’ on his hard drive. Who among us would let him know who you really are?
Established criminal lawyer
In fact, I did some criminal law in my early career.
Established civil lawyer
And a good one. I haven’t lost a case in 20-years.
Author of article about the "Incompatibility Principle" purportedly published in the Harvard Journal of Negotiation - no such article exists
And, trust me, he searched and searched for it, trying to find out who I am. Obviously, I mentioned the article, but I never gave him anything that would allow him to find/harass me.
Ranch worker
This is interesting. Where did you get this? Post your post. I will admit that when I was 14-years old I worked at the Napa Valley Ranch Club, of which my family was a member. Is that what your are referring to?
Former Attorney General (an elected position -- statewide election)
A-ha, here is murry/myron stretching the limits of his knowledge. It’s true, but I want to see how he presents it. What are you talking about.
Professor at Rutgers University, John Jay College, Princeton University, University of Arizona.
I taught at Rutgers, John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York, Princeton University, and the University of Arizona. I also taught at Berkeley and the University of San Francisco. I was a guest lecturer at the University of Chicago, University of Wisconsin, Georgetown University, McGill University, the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York…and oh, what am I leaving out…McGill University in Toronto…oh, I said that. And I did a post-doc year at the London School of Economics and Political Science and I was a guest lecturer at Oxford University, Glasgow University and Edinburgh University.
Judge.
I have been judge pro tempore in both Arizona and California.
Counsel for the Bar Association
I have been counsel for the Bar Association and I have received an award for my work.
Chairman of the Admissions Standards Committee of the Graduate School of Rutgers University
Yes, and I was also a member of the Admissions Committee itself.
Owner of consulting business on statistical analyses
Yes, it’s called a jurimetrics firm. We did the statistical audits for Fortune 500 corporations in order to keep them in compliance with labor laws and equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws.
Expert witness in court cases
Yes, I have been an expert witness in Federal Court cases on the bi-nomial analysis that tends to prove discrimination under the
Castineda v. Partida case.
Whatever U.S. government job entailed the duties described in his following post: "But whether or not the Kurds are Sunnis, won’t they break off anyway? They want their own state, and I have been there and talked to them."
Refer to my work with the US State Department. I had extensive contact with Kurds in both Turkey and Northern Iran.
I agree. He also has a tendency to "infer" that words, comments, phrases or statements made by others have a meaning other than was intended. Even when this is explained not to be the case, 20 pages on he still rattles on about the same thing.
murray’s dishonesty is in the nature of manipulative distortion, as I've already mentioned. You are quite right, Colonel. Murry/myron has obviously gone around and culled everything I've written about my life. That is why I take him on directly here.
Here’s how he infers a meaning not intended. His overall “inference” is that I couldn’t have done so much in my lifetime. First, let me say that I am no spring chicken…I am past fifty. Second, he’s trying to say that each and every endeavor I had was a lifetime pursuit. I've had three focal points in my career: computer programming, university teaching and the law. I taught myself Fortran IV in high school and:
(1) When I got myself to university at Berkeley, the political science department immediately grabbed me to teach quantitative/computer methods.
(2) I went to graduate school at Rutgers, so they had me teaching as a graduate student. When I became ABD (all but dissertation) I took the job at John Jay College. One of the things you do as a young lecturer/professor is take jobs for a class or two at other institutions. Hence, my many appointments.
(3) Guest lecturer appearances are uncompensated weekends, nothing more. The guest lecture appearances I had were all from colleagues who knew me and wanted me speak.
(4) A judge pro tempore is a well-regarded lawyer who is called off a list when the court is congested; the trials may last for 4-days or 4-weeks, but it is not a permanent appointment.
(5) The Bar Counsel thing is an uncompensated voluntary civic duty for a lawyer. When another lawyer violates the code of ethics they ask you to be prosecutor before the committee on ethics and before the Supreme Court. It may be for the Bar, but timewise it’s just another file in the office.
(6) I was a deputy attorney general in the civil rights division. I generally prosecuted police and police agencies that violated the civil rights of citizens. Incidentally, I also wrote computer programs for them that helped them to analyze employment law cases (refer to my consulting business on statistical analysis).
So you see, his dishonesty yields its ugly head again. He wants you to think that all of these are lifetime pursuits that I could not have pursued in one lifetime. Distortion…lie, lie, deny, lie. This is classic murray/myron. Manipulation of the facts...and manipulation of you.
And the reason I have screenshots of his posts and know all his lies is that he has been stalking and defaming me on the net for over three years now, trying to learn my full name so he can defame me and damage my professional reputation.
How do we know that? It’s Fred all over again. I've already shown that you were stalking me, and I followed you to certain sites only because you recruited me. See….you debunk him, and he pops up again the next morning with the same old bullshit.
He's messing with the wrong guy.
I ask you, is that an adult? Aren’t those the words of someone on the periphery of psychopathy, if not outright insanity.
Didn't I tell you to mind your own business and not to meddle in this situation?
If you insist on meddling, rest assured that you will become personally involved more than you bargained for.
Despite the aggressiveness, is that not an avoidance strategy? He’s afraid of you, Colonel. I know him like a book.
