my son keeps on getting in trouble

hi all need help recently my son(james) has been getting into trouble because he has been lifting girls skirts while out i grounded him and he lifts his sisters skirt and teases her i dnt now wat to do please help me.

It's attention-seeking. Ask him to explain why he does it - keep pushing him for an abswer and he should eventually realize that there isn't a reason other than trying to attract your attention.

I think this could become more serious than just a boyish prank. First of all, though, I imagine that he does not do this to complete strangers so I am assuming that it is girls he knows and more likely to his sister's friends. The concern here is that he may eventually do a bit more than lift their skirts. He may start to touch them in inapproriate places and even attempt to pull down their underwear. I think you need to have words with him now before this gets out of control.
