I would definitely put twins in different classes at school. I think it helps them develop as individuals and this way they are able to make their own friends. I also think it'll help them later on in life as they won't be together always.

At primary school dont think there is alot of choice as it is just one class for the whole year (well thats how it is at my sons) but when they move to secondary and start to develop more then I would say seperate so they can find their own identity :)

I think you'll find that most primary schools have a policy of placing the twins in the same class. It helps them support each other. At secondary level the policy varies but at CGSE level it won't matter as they are unlikely to study the same subjects. Don't beat yourself up over this. They will find their own friends at their own pace. There is no need for you to worry about them relying on each other - honest. :)

I've got twins, boy and girl, but personally I don't mind how the are schooled when they reach the age. I can see benefits with them being kept apart, and vice versa.
