Is it over?

Postby dazzed and confused on Sat Apr 19, 2008 6:42 pm

I'm 28 year old virgin. I am also a nervous sort who takes great effort to mustard the courage to ask a girl out because I fear rejection. It takes me a long time to feel comfortable with a girl. I met this girl at a club and talked to her for six months before asking her out. We had a great time out that evening and after I drove her home, the area was hit by a hurricane. She suggested that I stay overnight at her place and I accepted her offer. We stayed up watching late night tv on her bed. I hugged her and kissed her. She did the same in return. I got really excited and my stiff dick brushed against her body when I hugged her. She got excited, pushed my back to the bed, sat on top of my dick and started rotating her hips like an agitating washer. I was getting more and more excited and then I thought Oh my gawd! I'm not ready for the consequences yet. I told her in kinder words that this is moving too fast for me. She stopped with an embarrassed look on her face and we slept for the rest of the night in the same bed with little contact. Since then, she has kept her distance from me. She has not been flirting with any new guys in the club, just talking to her friends. It is as though that night did not happen. I still find her attractive and that night was very exciting, but I'm not ready to run the risk of settling down or getting a girl pregnant. Although one side of me wants to be with her and make love to her, another side of me wants to be with her and not have any sex with her until I'm really for the responsibility. With the way she has been, I'm just not sure if she wants the same thing. Is she telling me that it's all over, or this her way of hinting that she wants to start all over?

You Idiot! And I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

If your 28 and your still a virgin you have no business going back to someone’s apartment, hurricane or not... Now lucky for you I’m tired so I'll yell at you some more tomorrow when I'm rested....

Joanne I did say something useful.......

Now D&C I'm well rested. I say you should work on your tactic of finding a woman. First off she seems to not be the woman you’re ideally looking for. You do/don’t want someone who will be a part of your future. This is your quote "but I'm not ready to run the risk of settling down or getting a girl pregnant." She was giving you a freebie and you didn't want it. If you didn't have a condom I understand.

It's not fair for you to play games as long as it suits you and only you. If you are a virgin and want nothing to do with a woman I respect that. But when you lead a woman on and then stop when you’ve made this quote “Although one side of me wants to be with her and make love to her, another side of me wants to be with her and not have any sex with her until I'm really for the responsibility." You have to decide. Your all mixed up! You don't know what you want.

So first you have to figure that out. What do you want from a woman? Is it sex or no sex? Is it sex with no responsibility? Is it a woman you’re looking for to build a future with but not have sex with her until marriage? Figure it out. Don’t play games. Men in a sense get blue balls, women don’t like to be turned on and then off either. That’s why I called you an idiot…… You knew what you were doing. I hope you hit yourself in the head a couple a times because you basically slapped her in the face.

If you want her and you are willing to give of yourself go for it. But it not fair to have her think your on the same playing field when your not. Decide!

I have to agree with Verve here, you're just messing the poor woman around and probably the reason she's backed off from you is that firstly she's confused by your response and secondly probably embarrassed that she let go in front of someone who couldn't or wasn't willing to reciprocate.

You need to sort yourself out before you try to patch things up with this woman or indeed before going anywhere near another.

To be honest, your attitude to sex seems to be about 50 years out of date. It's really good that you're being responsible about it but jesus christ get a grip man. If you want to have a sexual relationship then take precautions regarding pregnancy and STIs, be respectful and kind and loving and above all open and honest, then just enjoy it, it's great!! And if you don't want sex with anyone don't go to a woman's bedroom and 'accidently' let your hard on brush up against them.

well you are 28, and while it is you rown personal choice to have sex at all you need to think about it. IF you decide to she was proably on birth control and there would probably be protectin involved.

Did you tell her the reason for the... no sex was because you was a virgin?
If not why not , because then she should damn well understand why you stopped short of the goal :)
