texts on dads phone

im in my twenties...and i just found a text on my dads mobile phone from one of those 69199 style numbers, and it had a dirty message, followed by, text MORE to etc etc number.

how concerned should i be? he works around alot of young guys who are very laddish. Is this innocent? I know these texts dont just get randomly sent to your phone, and that he must have text SOME sort of service, but hes also not great with texting, and rarely even acknowledges recieved text messages.

I'm worried about this, i dont know what to do?
