This is my view on it and I'm being serious and being nice so please keep any flamers away.

For me personally I would suggest not even considering abortion. If you are not ready to raise a child there are plenty of people out there that would love to adopt. I say this for a number of reasons
1) IMO it's not right to take a life because you missed your patch (yes I PERSONALLY believe abortion is taking a life, not trying to get that argument started).
2) The emotional kickbacks from having an abortion can be more devastating then if you had to face your friends/family.
3) The physical side affects of having an abortion may make it hard for you to conceive if/when you decide you want to have a child.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think this through before you decide on what your going to do. I have been there believe me it is hard to have to face your parents, how your life is going to change and all the things that come with being pregnant at a young age but believe me when I say the best thing that has ever happened to me is having my daughter in my life (at first I had chosen to put her up for adoption)!!!!! She is now almost 7 years old and I thank God for her every day ..... even the ones where she drives me nuts and she misbehaves and when she NEVER stops talking (she will talk or sing even if she is in a room by herself lol).
I would suggest talking to someone that can help explain things to you better, and offer a shoulder to cry on if needed. Talk to someone at a GOOD adoption agency, it really helped me in deciding what to do.

God bless and I will be praying for you R4C07. Lets us know how things turn out.

Hello - I think you should tell your parents; they'll love you and want to help you; I know you probably feel terrified and worried about telling them and yes, they'll be shocked, but they'll get over it and you really need their love and protection.

If you really can't tell them, then look in your Yellow Pages under Family Planning and you'll see telephone numbers where you can get advice. Remember that whatever decision you make, you will have to live with it for the rest of your life - so think hard about what you want and what's best for you.

Good luck XXX

I think you really need your parents help and support here. You have some serious decisions to make and I am sure after they get over the initial shock they will be wanting to help you what ever you decide.

You have several options and you do need to investigate these thoroughly before jumping into any of them.
