HI LADIES,
DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO OVERIDE AN ADMIN BLOCK, I'M USING MY WORK LAPTOP AND NEED TO INSTALL SOFTWARE ON THE PC FOR A SHORT TIME TO TRANSFER IT TO MY PHONE. CAN ANYONE HELP, AND NO I CAN NOT ASK THE IT GUY AT HQ HE WON'T DO IT!

are you running windows XP?
if you are then there are many ways to get round the admin block
if you want i could try to help you out?
if not then you could search google yourself as there is plenty of info available there |

If you can't even find the shift lock I think I understand why the admin has locked your machine down.
If the software required for your phone is for genuine works purposes ask the company admin to install it for you. They may well help even if it's for personal use.
If it is not for work then use your own PC to install the software not the work one. The work PC presumably belongs to the company and should only be used for legitimate work, they are not toys and the company has the right to secure them by whatever means they think reasonable.
I'd not touch most phone download software with a barge pole. |
