eye shadow for "mature" skin

I am 51 and have great skin...for my age, however, my upper eyelids are more crepe like than they used to be. Shimmery shadows make it look worse and matt tend to not always go on even (I do use a base). Any suggestions as to some good brands that are made for more mature eyes?
