Forum Merge?

Postby WebMonkey on Mon Jun 25, 2007 4:13 pm

As requested I am looking to tidy the board up...

Should "pink passion" and "Same Sex Room" merge or stay independent? If merge, then what name should we go with, and if you want to keep them independent, can you just give a quick reason why

thanks
Monkey :)

Concur.

But one small improvement. Can we please find a way to keep out all the male voyeurs and those misguided enough to think that anyone in a lesbian relationship is really secretly looking for a man.

Even though I am Bi and have had relationships with men in the past it really gets up my nose when I find some testosterone driven oaf intruding on my private space.

There are plenty of spaces on this board where mixed sex interaction is encouraged and that is excellent and exactly as it should be! But if you are going to have a special section for Women only then it needs to be respected or if not enforced...

I would suggest that there will always be an element of trust involved in this as we can hardly visit everyone and check up on them!

So the simplest solution would be to make the women on women section into a group and require that those seeking to join it should have a profile stating that they are female... Not perfect I know but it should work well enough if used in combination with a bit of common sense moderation to spot the small minority of posters who are fairly blatently not what they claim to be.

Impossible, it's as easy to fake being female as it is BEING a female once you're on the internet.
Sound off like you've got a pair!

Good idea. IR1337, I guess the point is, you might as well try. Whether it works, there's only one way to find out.
