Ergo... How can you punish a man severely for something that has no value!
Take for instance stealing. We all know it's wrong. But do you cut off his hand for stealing a pencil? No. That would not be a just punishment that fit the crime.
Same now goes for rape.
Women are the ones that ultimately dictate the value of sex.
You cheapen it... you make the punishment for taking it lessor!
Get that?

Feminazi women get to weild a double edged sword.
Feminazi's cut the value of sex (and themselves) in half and with that same swipe of the blade cut off the ability to make rape a hanus crime worthy of a fitting punishment.

All because of the word "Justice".
Sex is just sex.
sex is nothing
Justice, then, by definition, applies only the Just punishment fitting of the value of the crime.

Justice
jus·tice (jŭs'tĭs)
n.
The quality of being just; fairness.
The principle of moral rightness; equity.

Did i get my point across or did i make a bigger mess of it with my excessive editing and additions?"

I think you said it perfectly right here: "Justice, then, by definition, applies only the Just punishment fitting of the value of the crime." Why does sex have to be "personal and loving" in order for the punishment to fit the crime? It doesn't matter what sex is "reduced" to, the BL is that the man brutally attacked an innocent women and sometimes even killed her.

I don't like the view of "topic of gossip," but she made a great point in one of her arguments that I'm now going to use: try telling the women in Darfur that they are reducing sex to a mere act.

I believe that we live in a world where misandry is abundant, but in this case, I HAVE to put all the blame on the man. A woman can't control a mans actions.

She has a point where the value of a woman is higher than the rest of the western world.
It's not applicable in the world we live in.

Her applying her sympathetic feeling to women in a non-western society.

Typically eastern societies place a lot of value in women and thier modesty.
I am sure a lot (eastern folk) think the western women dressed like street whores got what was coming to them!

Ahhhhh, but it IS applicable. Women are raped over there, and there raped over here-it doesn't matter how modestly we dress.

And heck, it happens ALOT more in Darfur then it does in the United states, despite the fact that the women in Darfur dress modestly.

Modesty and rape have no correlation, and immodest dressing doesn't execuse what the guy did to her by raping her.

It's still apples and oranges comparison.
That's a war zone. Not a civilized society.
And I think I could easily say that a lot of those rapes can totally be sexually driven!
Let's face it... a soldier gets a bit randy and needs some relief he will take whoever he fancies without fear of penalty!

Let's face it... even a power based rape motive cannot hold water there since you can rape whatever you fancy for whatever reason!
To think those guys arent going to rape what their morning wood craves is rediculious!

so you're saying if you were over there as a US soldier, you would rape a couple women too if you got too randy?

I agree, but I'm just saying that you can't fault us women for dressing immodestly.

Does it "increase our chances of getting raped"? Hmmm, maybe. But that still doesn't excuse what the guy did.

US solder?
No.

A man/soldier born and raised in that territory... What man could say definitevely no?

It's not like they have the same castrated liberal agenda as we do here! Laughing

So you're saying that the only reason US soldiers DON'T rape women in warzones is because of the "castrated liberal agenda" we have here in the US?

Wow, so the conservatives advocate US soldiers raping foreign civilians... imagine that!

Heres the "castrated liberal agenda" that we have in regards to rape: rehabilitate the rapist after only giving him, like, 5 years in jail. After all, the rapist is really a "good person at heart." Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

I'm not trying to excuse the rapist.
Only point out that power is not the sole motivation and that negating the display of ones sexuality is not prudent.

That's the correct and JUST sentence in the western world where women are now the equal of men.
Let's face it.
You may shine like a diamond in your own minds... but now we know your just Cubic Zirconia!

You used to be Tiffany's quality but are now just the Walmart special!
And it's all your own doing!

Actually, the woman in the avatar IS me.

I agree with you on the second line.
