|
|
We were sitting around in the park the other day and discussing clothes, eventually the underware debate came up. My close friends know that i go commando but others do not. It was interesting as nearly all of us agreed that we saw underware as an option not a necessity when getting dressed. In particular knickers were considered totally optional regardless of the outfit where as bras were still seen almost necessary depending on the outfit.
What does the nation think?
Do you see underware as an optional or mandatory when getting dressed?
Do you think society in general sees underware as optional or mandatory?
Do you think different ages see underwrae differently if so as the younger generation gets older will there opinions change or will society change as a entity? |

| I think people should dress in a way that is comfortable for them, but at the same time, maintaining some degree of decency. A woman can go without panties and bra and still look dignified and professional. I think that a line should not be crossed, that seems to get blurrier by the day. All the tank tops with no bras, and barely legal shorts without panties.....well come on, it is only a matter of time with that look before something unacceptable happens. |

Well as I'm rather well endowed a bra is a must. As my husband says"My living bra is not living an empty life".
panties I guess I have to have them too. Especially when wearing a dress and at that magic time of the month. |

| Would you be surprised to know that bras have been linked to lymphatic cancers in breast tissue? |

I wear knickers most of the time and very occasionally go braless if I feel a bit daring and want to show my nipples under a t-shirt or something. B/f likes when I go braless ( I wonder why......)
Although a time and place for everything I suppose. |

Well, I myself don't like to wear panties, a bra is a must (40 DD) but, depending on the style of clothing panties are not a issue. I do fine it rather strange that going braless draws so much negitive comments from so many people. When did it become so "sexaul" when a womans nipples "poke" through a top?
We as amercians are so uptight about fashion and our sexaulity I have to laugh at myself, bathing suites, going barefoot, not wearing a bra or going pantieless......whats next? |

| The average amount of material used for panties seems to be reducing as years go by, and with gstrings it's almost as if you're not wearing anything anyway. |

Pretty lingerie is a turn on for me and I would not be seen dead without a bra as I am small breasted.
It can be painful wearing jeans with no knickers, anyone else got their labia caught in their zip!!!!!!!!!!?
I think "underware" is something men wear, not women:) |

Either way, a lovely thought, I thoroughly agree. I like all shapes of the female form. Perhaps men should keep covered up though. |
