| i got mine done when i was 12. im 14 now. make sure ur not allergic to any types of metal in the belly button ring because i was allergic to what i got it pierced with. it got all red and puffy and looked really gross. i went to the doctor and they were going to make me take it out but i didnt want to. so i bought a 14 carrot belly ring and it went back to normal. and now i dont even realize its there. i would recommend this. its sooo cute and every1 will love it. |

ughh ok so ive been plannin to get my belly button peirced for a while now and my mom said its ok so today we go call afew places to see what we all like need to bring and stuff sooo we call them and they say you have to b 16 even with a parents consent and im only 15 rite now it made me so mad cuz i was looking forward to it sooooo much and i dont get how all you guys that were like 13 or 14 got ur belly button pierced cuz they said that i needed to bring some type of id for me to proove that im 16...which im not and my mom is perfectly fine with this whole thing but still they wouldnt let me and that wasnt just one place that said this it was like 5 and we even called some places that were out of state cuz she that willing to let me do it sooooo i just wanna no where i can go to get my belly button pierced since im under 16 and im not waiting a wholllleee nother year

hiya have finaly convinced my mum and dad 2 let me have my belly peirced for my 15th birthday and i am quite fat but i am not worried about wat pple will think of me im more worried about if it is actually possible 2 get it done if you are fat becuase i dnt rely want 2 b turned away wen i get there although i am a fat person i am proud of who i am and im not bothered about my size or wat other ppl think i hav tried many different diets and exercise things but fatnesss runs in my family and there is little i can actually do about it so i was just wondering if it is actuallly possible 4 a fat person 2 get their belly peirced. i am overweight but my tummy is still quite toned it is not rely flabby like u dnt loose ur hand in me wen u push it so any veiws wud b welcome ~

| okay, i'm 16 (17 in about a month). so i have a friend that has her navel pierced, and it looks amazing. i'm not the skinniest person, but i do have a nice stomach. i'm not afraid of the pain, because i have 3 other piercings in my ears. the only thing i'm afraid of is what will happen if later on in life i decide i don't like it anymore, and i take it out. will it leave a big ugly scar? and if and when i get pregnant, will it stretch out? i'm just afraid of the consequences more than the pain or the cost.. can anyone help me with my decision? |

don't worry, i am only 14 and i got mine done. firstly, they look at your belly button to see if it is possible to pierce it. then you choose a belly button ring, titanium to start with because that is a safe metal and you dont normally get infections from it. then they mark on two dots on your belly button. after, you lie down and they get a little clamp and put it on your tummy. it does not hurt, but tickles a little. then they get a needle and quickly pierce your belly button. this bit hurts but the pain only lasts for around 2 seconds. so dont worry. they then leave the needle in for a bit and then they but in the jewel of your chose. this bit does not hurt at all!!!!!!!!! after cleaning it up they put on a plaster and tell you how to clean it. you soak it in salt and water. i have now had my belly button pierced for around two months and so far so good. but what ever you do, if you get an infection leave the ring in because if you take it out the hole will close quickly and the infectio will be stuck in there. just clean it out and go get some antibiotics from your GP. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!1 |

| My girlfriend got her belly button pierced when she was 13. The first time she showed me, we weren't together, but it turned me on so much! Then we got together a few years later and she gets so turned on whenever I play with her piercing with my tongue. She also loves getting her nipples sucked on. |

but now i bearly feel it is that a good or bad thing |

Hiyaa. I've wanted my belly button peircd since i was weeel young, and i've finaly got my parets 2 agree 2 it for my 16th birthday...chuffed to bits.
Problem is..my boyfriend hates them  nd thinks it'l get in the way all the time wen he hugs me o picks me up and tha...
Has anyone had a problem of it catching in clothin and getin in the way all the time o is it quite un-noticable?

I would say thats a bad thing!! First things first...you should have gone to a peircing studio...its quite dangerous to do it yourself (and your only 13!)you should see a doctor..you could have an infection. x |
