I wouldnt move to birmingham. You may actually meet someone from another culture/religeon whom you find it hard not to actually like and respect. Wouldnt want you to shatter your own illusions

Muslim does not mean 'foreigner' or 'immigrant on support'. There are plenty of British tax paying Muslims. Come to think of it, Muslims have to give 2.5% of their wealth to charity once a year, on top off the 40% odd tax on income.
