What to wear with this yellow dress??

Hi ladies - wondered if some of you could help me out here. I have just bought this dress to wear for ladies day at ascot.

the yellow one with ruffles - I'm tall so it comes up just above the knee and for once in my life i am finding it impossible to accessorise! Its a bit unusual but really gorgeous on.

1.WHAT COLOUR SHOES/BAG WOULD YOU WEAR WITH IT?

2. WHAT TYPE OF HAT DO YOU THINK WOULD GO?

i would make the dress the star really,

for the hat i would go for a facinator not a hat (they can seem very old fashioned now) maybe something like this

i would search for silver or gold shoes and bag but not too glitzy, its in the day remember and try and get them to match

I think black pumps always goes well with dress, I mean, that's if you want it simple. Wearing heels would make your legs and butt really show off.

Black wide-brimmed hat, black strappy shoes and maybe some black 'pearls'. I guess some kind of yellow bag with black trim if you can find one.
