What a wonderful way to generate more costs for Day Care Centres and a whole new government bureaucracy to make sure the law is followed! I foresee many many new laws as this bureaucracy gets more clout with lawmakers.

The UK hasn't found new ways to increase it's tax load on workers in years, aside from agriculture handouts to the EU and it looks like this is the start of a new order in the UK. More taxes on workers and businesses are a wonderful idea especially to pay for great projects like this! As an US citizen of course.
