I have been having this reoccuring dream for about 6 months now. I'm always asleep in my bed at home and this invisible force drags me out of bed and pulls me around. I can't scream and I can't get help. Noone is ever there in the house (when there normally is a few of us) in the dream and sometimes strange things happen e.g. there are not walls in my bedroom, just breeze blocks or a tree growing outside my window when there isn't one normally.
The reason I'm asking now is Monday night I had the dream but I wasn't in my bed at home in it (I was actually sleeping at home), I was asleep on my Nan and Grandads sofa. It grabbed me and I managed to open the living room door (as I thought my brother was in the bedroom) but as I did it dragged me at a high speed around the hall. This frightened me a bit and I just wondered if anyone could shed any light on what it may mean?
Any help gratefully received!!

Before I start, You might want to check that you're not sleep walking.
Set a couple of traps for yourself (a towel or glass of water infront of your door) and check them in the morning.
You seem to have alot of resistance and confusion in your dreams.
Maybe try muster the ablity to go with the flow when the dream reoccures.
Your subconscience might be trying to show you something.
Going by translation, maybe you feel like you've been pushed around or that you are not in control of you life at the moment. Have you been feeling like you have no boundries or set plans for your future? That maybe you have too many options and you don't know which one to take. Or that the only options you feel you can take are the ones people expect you take (I suspect your family). Do you feel like your privacy has been exposed or that you've opened up to someone (possibly a person who has power over your decisions, or some one who had high exspectations of you) and are now wishing that you hadn't told them so much?
People forget a good 95% of their dreams within 5minutes of waking up.
So, When this dream does reoccure, try to recall the objects, atmosphere and feelings as soon as you wake up.
