I get these alot.... its a side effect from my medication, how can I turn them into positive dreams and stop them making me jolt awake crying.
they are starting to leave me really upset and crying.  |

One method that has been used for stopping nightmares is Lucid Dreaming.

I am going to try it ..controlling them..
I really need to speak to my doc about this medication.. I seem to suffer all the side effects... its driving me nuts.  |
