i was just wondering if someone can answer a question for me please?
i want to divorce my hubby i'm filing for his unreasonable behaviour but he says he won't sign it but he will divorce me if i sign his for him doing me for adultery.
As he can't stand the thought that i have got on with my life and met a wonderful man. i haven't committed adultery far from it. but i have talked about it with my partner and if we did sign it i get my divorce at the end of the day i will be free from him what do you think? ...
but my question was me and my new bloke wanna get married and do it in a church if i do say i had committed adultery does that mean i cannot marry in a church? ..thanx |

As far as I am aware the Church do not make a list, and do not check it twice, of who is naughty and who is nice. They do however infer that God has nothing better to do than regularly compile such a list, which could explain why we've not seen any new varieties of antelope recently.
Churches vary, so speak to the Vicar, most are by necessity cool about such things these days. If you can give the impression that you did your best to honour the original vows but he did not then I think you'd be ok.
Are you after a church wedding for the religious angle or the pretty building / tradition angle? |

More the traditional angle, as my partner has not been married before. |
