Dont waste your time and money on this nonsense, get a wonderbra and spend the rest of your money on clothes and shoes. Very Happy

Im 18 next month, i started my periods last year, my boobs havent grown there like a 9 year old girls, I have met some one i love, and i have only ever used gel bras, so he thinks im bigger than i really am. please can someone suggest a tablet please, Sad

well first of all, I would hope he would accept you as you are since that's what true love is, but if you really want to do it for yourself, i would try either breast gain plus (phytoestrogen) or bountiful breast (nonphytoestrogen) a good resource for information and tips on making pills work & methods of BE i found a lot of good stuff on

hi i started taking breast sculptor a few months back. I did notice a small change but was a bit worried about taking them as the label was a photo copy and they smelt more like curry powder. I have just bought mirifem and about to start them next week. Was impressed with all the packaging and instructions aswell as the fact they have no smell. So hoping they work as good as they look. I bought them off ebay at £15.95 a bottle free p & p that is the cheapest price i have seen them anyway.

I have been taking mirifem for only one month, but I did not know you were to take 4 pills a day starting on your first day of your p for 15 days then stop for 15 days then start again for 15 days and so on. On the bottle it said to take 2 pills a day, but on this one board there is a lady who sales it and she told me 4 pills a day. Does any one have the bottle that says 2 pills a day? Rolling Eyes

Hi all

I just came across this board and thought i would add to this thread. I have been taking mirifem for 6months and i have gained 2 inches. I started out at a 34saggy loose B, i am now at a 34 small C, my breasts are much firmer. You may consider measuring diametrically across each breast as it gives you a more accurate result, i started off at 8" and i'm almost 10" on each now. Firstly you will notice the bottoms filling in, then the sides and finally the tops. Its when the tops start filling in that you see a really big difference. We are not all of the same makeup, some people may need to take vitamins, minerals etc with breast enlargement pills. I do and i think its all of it working together that has given me my results and not just mirifem alone.

Dot- my bottle says, 4pills a day, 2-in morning, 2-before bed for 15days, take a break for 15 days, then continue as before. I also apply progesterone cream on the 15days off mirifem, as this helps also.

How long did you take bountiful breast and How long ago? I'm a little confused about the dosing changes. I've been taking it for 3 weeks and I feel NOTHING, much less seen anything but I'm hoping it'll work soon. After breastfeeding four kids my boobs look like wet socks. Laughing

I have been doing a lot of looking around at all the websites on breast pills that are out there. I am wondering about some claims of taking the pills ups your chances of breast cancer, does anyone have any info on this. Miriferm looks like a good choioce. The info on the website is by far more informative than any other. I also was wondering about returns has anyone had problems with them?

I have been on mirifem for about 2 months. I actually tried a mirifem TEST formula for two months before that with NO results - just acne. Regarding the actual - current mirifem formula - I have noticed little change.. some..but little... my breast are just a bit fuller...however.... my periods are HUGELY delayed since using it.. for instance I am 22 days late... NOT pregnant... and from my research it looks like it is, in fact, from the ingredients in the product... I will probably do one more month but if I don't notice much I will stop. No weight gain in the rest of my body.
