Iv been looking at these 'miracle pills' and Im confused which brand works, if any.

Iv been on Breastgainplus.com which guarantees your money back if it doesnt work and it seems quite reasonably priced $200 for 6 months supply, of which you apparently do not need to continue using to maintain results.

Im now a saggy (small) 36B after breastfeeding, and Id just like them to go to how they were when I was pregnant - they were a size bigger and much fuller. Wonderbra's are great... until you want to wear a bikini, or a strapless dress, or indeed, take my clothes off altogether....!

Iv also looked at the barnd erdic, has anyone tried this?

If anyone has any information, please mail me as I dont want tp spend all my savings on something that wont make any difference!

I thought these pills had been proven to have no effect at all and got into trouble for untrue claims? I wouldn't touch the stuff, all it seems to do is make you gain weight, and when you gain weight you cannot dictate where the extra wight is going to go, you just cant! In general it spreads out evenly all over your body, on most people, but as we all know some people have a tendency to collect fat more in specific places. It seems crazy to me that you take a pill that makes you fatter to get fatter boobs andare encourages to eat more of foods that make you fat and then you have to exercise and use slimming creams on the parts of your body that got fatter that you didn't want the fat... Why not just eat more things that make you gain weight that aren't bad for you (nuts and vegetable oil etc makes you fatter but no cholestral) and then exercise the desired areas into shape (including bust musles)? It's the same thing but you are spared the pills and you can gain weight up-top with "healthier fat" instead of cheese.

A friend of mine was going to try these pills, but found out they are a waste of money and decided to buy a good gel-filled wonderbra, and start saving for impants instead.
Pills won't work. Save your money and buy a good bra!

Don't worry Gelly! I was in the same situation as you are when I was youger. I was also wearing silicone bras and worrying about what am I going to do when I have to take them off... I was a model back then so I could tell you that I have seen other models that look exactly like me and even worse. I am a 34A. We looked great in pictures. Everyone is wearing those silicone bras. What do you want you can't have it all! To answer your question, I was only wearing a normal, slightly padded bra on a date that had the potential of getting more intimate... And no one ever made comments about my breasts. My advice is: go on wear silicone bras, padded bras, whatever and feel comfortable dressed. Lots of women are doing that! I know it is embarrassing but you will get over it. Remember if the guy deserves you, he will stick around. If he is looking for boobs only well some women have other things to offer. Today I am married and my breast did not made any difference. Actually I made it pretty clear to my boyfrend(at the time) that my breast are very comfortable the way they are, they are healthy and they are mine! Don't complain about your breast to you boyfriend, guys always seem to agree with what you say... Point out the good aspects of your body not the bad ones. No one is perfect! Anyway I have abandonned the idea of bigger breasts after the age of 20 but now by mistake I read about breast Gain Plus. It is all natural supposely. I bought it and I will try it. You never know... In any case if it does not work I will still never get a surgery. My friend has implants and I really do not envy her. She has all kinds of complications, one boob compleatly deflated, it is leaking inside and it hurts so after seeing all that, no way! I much prefer my own.

I bought some fenugreek froma local health shop and took it until finishing the bottle and noticed absolutely no difference (and the tablets do smell- i think this is because fenugreek is largely used in Indian curries). So, i did some research and found mirifem on ebay! Unlike other products i had seen, i was in-expensive so i thought i'd try some with out feeling as if i'd been wasting too much money. It says on my bottle to take only 1 a day! :S so that's what i have been doing- i have been on them for a few weeks and have actually noticed small diferences. They seemto be a better shape and seem fuller on the underneath side. I would reccomend giving them a try! I'll keep you updated on my progress. However, i wouldlike to know how much of the product is in each capsual others have been taking because i have been instructed to take strictly only 1 a day!?

Hi there, I recently bought the mirifem cream and am a little scared of using it. I am a pharmacy student and am studying about natural products and how they are not tested for the efficacy. And doesnt it also say that people who are on the pill should not use the mirifem pill?? since the pill is eostrogen+progesterone combined, thus taking mirifem with the pill will cause an increase in estrogen in the body. Natural products dont always contain the correct amt of the stated ingredients either, so i think im just gona have to live with having smaller bust size....I might actually try out the brava system breast pumps, which I saw on the news and seems to be something that works....a little pricey tho....around a thousand australian dollars...but hey...id rather do that than get surgery hey...sorry to be a bit negative on mirifems behalf...

brava is a waste of time not trying to burst your bubble but the amount of time and effort you'll have to put in is gonna be ridiculous for miniscule results. Your best bet is exercising and strengthening the muscles underneath the breast so the little you have is well supported and then wearing push up bras to give you a little cleavage... If you are still not happy surgery is the only option.

My breast fluctuate with my weight but have got alot firmer and seemed to have increased in fullness a little just through exercise. I am currently a saggyish 36C. I would like to just be a firm and full 36C/D. I am a big girl and small saggy breasts just look out of proportion. I am also taking omega 3 supplements and have taken epo which is said to help so try that. And like someone else said try the herbs individually. Eat healthily and after showering massage your breasts. Another trick is toning the breast by putting them in cold water after showering and them massaging some moisturiser into them.

it's because protiens help will cell growth. do a google for eve's natural breast forum, people there are using herbs and seeing results. alot of people seem to prefer taking the herbs singularily. but if you want to have it all in pills i recomend what im taking- wonderup, i took perfect c for 6 months and that did nothing, but since being on WU ive filled out a fair bit + my boobs have changed shape. its been 3 months and i dont expect to see drastic results in that time, if you go to eves forum you will see people taking 6 months to a year, but suceeding none the less. alot of sites try to sell 'results in 3 months' but in reality it takes a bit of time but certainly works for lots of ppl. if ur interested i would certainly recomend having a look at the forum, also the wonderup comes from and that has some useful information too
