My boyfriend is overweight. I don't have a problem with that at all, and I love him, but he really needs a bra. The guy has boobs that are nearly as big as mine! They jiggle around when he walks and I know other people look and I see them snicker.

I think that if he would let me get him a bra that would give him some support, it would ease the jiggling and the sneers he gets about it, and probably be more comfortable for him.

When I mention it to him, he flat refuses, even though I've promised that I would never tell a soul and I would take his measurements and buy just the right one for him.

Do any other girls have boyfriends with this problem? Has the subject of him wearing a bra ever come up? Did you get him to wear one? How did you get him to do it, and how did he react? Did it help?

sorry to laugh, but the details you described made me lmao at my computer, but seriously, would it be worse that he wore one, and people seen the straps through his shirt? Probably need a sport bra to pull em' in so he doesn't have the valupcuous (nice spelling lol) cup supporting them...

Honey surely thats part of him. If it's him that you love and he has the confidence or is happy with the ignorance to carry it off, just leave him to it. is ma breast are part of him and so, surely is the fact that he isn't bothered by people staring at them.
If it really does bother him, help him to find a way to lose him.

Of course if it really bothers you, buy him a basque. None of the lines Timmy mentions, it'll give him a nice smooth shape.

I belive this site sells them up to 50ff or something?

You could order it, say it was delivered by mistake, but why doesn't he try it on anyway? Wink

Being overweight isn't the only reason some guys have developed breasts. There is a medical condition called Male Gynocomastia that causes guys' breasts to get bigger and develop like girls. There are diffrent types of things they can do to fix it and breasts reduction surgery is one of them. In the meantime, a bra would probably help him a lot as long as he wears one that hold his breasts in and makes them look smaller and they don't jiggle around. He might be sensitive about it, but I would keep talking with him about it in a kind and supporting way and maybe ask him to try a bra in private with just you there to see what he thinks. Then you could compliment him on how he looks and help him dress in clothes that it won't show through. I think if you can get him into a bra he will be very happy with the results! Good luck and let us know how things work.

Hey Donna, and the other girls whose boyfriends have boobs.

We wear bras because we need them to hold our breasts. If we didn't need to wear them we probably wouldn't.

The same thing for your boyfriends. If he needs to wear a bra, then he should just do it. It's just something that helps out. I wish boys would just understand and do what they need and not be so dumb about it.

If my boyfriend neede a bra I would just convince him to wear one. It's no biggie!

If you can get him to try wearing a bra, you should think about a jogging bra for him. That would have the least chance of showing through. Maybe get one that is just a little tight to hold his boobs in better.

has anybody came up with the solution of him getting some excersice or going on a diet instead of getting him a bra? Im not trying to be harsh or anything seriously but it cant be healthy for the lad to be that big were he has breasts! Some insentive for jogs or joining a gym is always a good idea!

Sorry to say it, but I agree with Stephen "Cut down on the Pork Pies mate and get some exercise!"

How degrading would it be for him to wear a bra? Very! Surely a lot less degrading and much heathier to be proactive about this problem and fight it from the source.

I suggest you buy him a Gym membership, would be much more caring of you then to buy him a Bra.

I liked Jane's suggestion abut the jogging bra. I had nag him quite a bit, but I finally got him to try one of mine on and it worked pretty well! It holds his boobs in a lot and they don't wiggle around nearly as much and it also doesn't show if he wears a sweat shirt or something loose.

He thought it looked dumb on him, but it really doesn't. I'll give him time to get used to it before having him going out with it on. You other girls whose boyfriends have this problem should try this.

My boyfriend loves to wear my bra and panties when we're alone. He gets a rush from it and I like making out with him when he has them on. It's just a fun thing!

My boyfriend has been wearing a jogging bra most of the time now and if he picks the right shirt it doesn't show. He thought it was stupid at first but now he likes the way it holds his boobs and they don't jiggle around so much, so it's made him feel better about himself. I'm glad I was able to talk him into it because he's not so stressed now and is a lot more fun to be with.

I guess it's true that bras have a purpose and if a guy needs to wear one, he should just do it!
