hey buddy,
you got two obstacles to overcome, distance and gravity. you want deep penetration to get your schlong as close as possible to the cervix. however, you have to be careful about overshooting. you dont want to send your troops past the mark (the cervix) cause its going to be hell for them to backtrack. women on top positions arent recommended unless you got gravity-defying magic sperm.
hell, you know what? just rock your lady after sex. shake her back and forth. flip her on her back, prop her legs up for a few minutes, then prop her upright. do that 5 or 6 more times. repetition is key or its not going to work.
google it, i'm sure youll find other crazy beliefs about actually dictating the sex of your child. |

a sperm's whole purpose in life is to fertilize an egg. If your sperm enters her vagina it'll find it's way. All the pillow propping and lady rocking in the world aren't really going to make a whole lot of difference. Those little fellers can swim like hell and have their egg radar on full blast. If there's an egg ready to be fertilized they'll find it.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't getting the sperm to swim upstream, it's getting the right moment when the egg is ready to receive them. Best bet is to find out when she's most fertile and then f*ck like rabbits day and night. |

heres how me and the exwife did it, i've given this advise to LOADS of other people and it worked for them.
simply ejaculate inside her first and then make her orgasm, there are organs inside her Vagina that kind of suck the semen into the correct place when a women orgasms.
try it, if it works then great, if not it might be a good idea to have your sperm count measured.
all the best and good luck |

Oh for heaven's sake. This is quite worryingly the second time I've seen this question.
Where do you think it's going to go? Do you think just because you're trying for a baby that all of a sudden some great chamber will open up and all the semen will be quickly ushered inside? No. It's just the same as it is every time. You just get pregnant if one of the little blighters makes it through the cervix and swims his little tail of up to the fallopian tubes. Honestly, such lack of basic anatomical understanding of pregnancy. It makes me sigh
And I'm afraid the tosh about having an orgasm after ejaculation is just wrong, I mean honestly, organs that suck the semen into the right place! I ask you. |

Actually there's rather good evidence that orgasms do impact the "suction" of the sperm into the "right place". However there's no evidence at all that this impacts whether the women gets pregnant or not.
There are tons of charts to determine fertility based on everything from vagina temperature to what planet is in gemini. You may want to do some research on google. There are enough free sites giving decent advice that I wouldn't pay, just yet. If you find yourself getting desperate there are plenty of fertility experts out there. Be careful, fertility doctors make very good money for very little work. |

And you don't think that conception could have occurred through the normal practise? No?
Must have missed the interesting glands out of my anatomy lectures. Must see if anyone else who does this professionally has your insight into the mysterious get pregnant glands!! |

| There just ain't no orgasm gland. There are orgasmic reflexes and studies that both suction is increased and that the vaginal flowback after intercourse has significantly less sperm in it, if an orgasm has occured "when a woman climaxes any time between a minute before to 45 minutes after her lover ejaculates, she retains significantly more sperm than she does after nonorgasmic sex. When her orgasms precedes her mate's by more than a minute, or when she does not have an orgasms, little sperm is retained." (Robin Baker and Mark Bellis) |

Well yes the contracting action of the vagina at orgasm would help with the retention of semen but it really doesn't make you any more likely to get pregnant. there's a whole rash of other factors which need to be taken into accout. What you say makes sense but, trust me I KNOW what I'm talking about, it doesn't mean doing it's going to result in conception success. It's good fun trying though |

Yes LadyJ, I did mention that there's no evidence at all that this impacts whether the women gets pregnant or not. You can't forget that 90-95% of fathers are that dull ordinary guy sitting on the sofa and 100% of fathers are dull and ordinary to *someone*.
I'm not a big fan of the soft sciences, particularly when theories are used to generate a theory whilst logic, even predicate logic is ignored. It's entirely possible birth control is used more erractically in extramarital affairs which would increase the odds of conception significantly, just for instance.
An orgasm almost certaintly doesn't increase your odds of conception as well as understanding and using the rhythm method. |

See? I told you your services would be in demand!
Why do I have an awful feeling that Googling infertility will eventually turn up a reference like "Historic discovery of Get Pegnant Glands announced in UK?" |
