just found your posting. yes, I have found myself on my back between the floor, and a female in high heels. started when I was a young child, a girl 7 years older than myself would have me lay on the floor and then stand on my chest ( at that time it was in flats). why? I don't really know, she would have me count and see each time I could hold her weight on my chest. I've loved it ever since.

High heels are a major fetish for me but I've never been involved with trampling. It's just enough to see a pair of on a good pair of legs. Trampling sounds far too dangerous, punctured organs and stuff like that. How is made safe ?

Ive done this before and for me, there was no pain involved. My GF was able to jump and hop on my chest barefooot without too much trouple, she has trampled me in heels before and it does add more pressure but not painful.
