Who is prossecuting them, or requesting this, the state ?

Its none of there F*cking business. If this boy was under mabye the age of 12, I would say he is not old enough to make those kind of decissions however he is 16 and I'm sure he is quiet sure in what he wants.

I dont really understand how he can be forced to have chemo, is it a LAW, like if you have a certain Cancer you are required to be cured by a certain treatment. It makes no sense to me.

Yeah the state. I agree with you, surely he has the right to decide what to do with his own body by the age of 16.
