How do I post links or images?

you click "1" or type [ 1 ] (no spaces) and then paste the address for the space where the image is and then click "1" again or type [ /1 ] (no spaces)
same for urls except url not 1 |

hmmm, I still don't understand
what if you want to post a link to an image thats saved on your pc?(hasn't got a web address) |

You need an image hoster. Like imageshack or photobucket. You don't have to sign up with imageshack. So it makes it a little bit easier. Follow the directions on the site and it will give you a URL to the image. Hit the 1 button above of where you enter text on FemaleFirst, paste the URL, then hit the 1 button again. And you'll get it looking like this.
