I hope you have taken care of this before now but just in case....

You need to get it out immediately. Go to the hospital. You could get TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrom) if it is in you for more than about 9 hours. You can die from TSS, although I don't know all the facts about how long you have to have it b4 you risk death or how many people actually die from it. I don't know all the symptoms, just that it is a type of infection and causes fever.
