Anyone know what you can take for heartburn?
Peppermint tea, milk - just making it worse. It lasts for an hour or so, and is killing me.

yes, both milk and peppermint tea will make your heartburn worse. When I had heartburn during my pregnancy,I used to slowly nibble on dry salted crackers and water biscuits. That and chewing Tums antacid helped a lot,I also cut out caffeine and fizzy drinks and ate smaller meals. They recommend sleeping propped up on pillows but it never worked for me,I couldn't get comfortable sleeping like that.
