I went to a strict christian girls junior high and then high school in Mississippi, USA, where students were often paddled. You could get up to 10 swats for serious infractions. Many girls were aroused by the idea of paddlings, but that was overcome by fear if you were going to get a paddling yourself. I never heard of a girl orgasming during a paddling, but occassionally, a girl wet herself. This was more common at junior high, when the girl paddled was only 12 or 13 years old.

I did get the paddle myself quite a few times. I’ve forgotten exactly how many. This was 30 years ago now. My first paddling was about age 11, and my last was at 16. And yes, it hurt like hell. The typical American high school paddle is a savage instrument, and the one used at my school was no exception. Your bottom felt virtually on fire after the first couple of swats. If you were getting more than 5 or so, it became numb to the later swats. Afterwards, your buttocks would be sore and bruised for days, and it was painful to sit down.

Over here they used to use the cane or the "slipper" (actually a plimsoll, with a rubber sole) but normally only on boys. I was a bit of a tomboy, however, and once swore at a teacher, when I was 13 or 14 I think. The outcome was just one whack with the cane across the seat of my skirt, given by a Senior Mistress, and it stung like I'd sat on a wasps' nest ! Going back 250 years or so, when the birch was used to maintain discipline in Britain’s schools, reformatories and orphanages, the French philospher Voltaire, commenting on the English system of institutional child discipline wrote that “It is shameful and indecent that the birch is used upon the naked buttocks of children with such severity. The nerves between the sphincter and the pubis become inflamed, and emissions are often caused, and this frequently happens to young girls”

Most of what you wrote is fiction, and the rest is fabrication.
At my school if a pupil misbehaved enough to be sent to the Headmaster it didn't matter whether they were a boy or girl or how old they were they would still get their bottom smacked from him. I remember getting a hiding on one occasion and a girl in front of me in the queue for his office was about sixteen and when it came to her turn he still pulled her over his lap and gave her a good twenty hard smacks across her backside! Glad someone had the courage to write about this. I wasnt punished at school, but spent a week with a friend whilst my parents were on a second honeymoon many years back when I was about 12.
