If I leave my hair to dry naturally it has a curl to it but tends to 'boufant' out! I was informed to get a 'perm' and put it on my hair and to comb for at least twenty mins. I did this and now my hair is all frizzy at the ends and feels asolutely dried out. I think I have over processed my hair, I am in desperate need of some advice and what I can do to repair it.

Regards
Fizz

Try an intensive conditioner, if that doesnt work you will just have to get a trim. Leave hairdressing to hairdressers in future! You can get your hair chemically straightened at the hairdressers but it is pricey, and you will have to wait until your hair is in better condition now.

I have had my hair cut and had an inch cut off its a lot better now and it feels fantastic. I have bought some specialised shampoo and conditioner and will use these for a few months to get my hair back into tip top condition.

Thanks for your comments
