Who pays for the BP to get their hair done - the bride or each individual. Im not asking for anything fancy - I simply asked that they do what they normally do with their hair and "kick it up a notch." That may not require any professional assistance at all (though I am going to my hairdresser that morning). One BM did say she wanted her hair up, so she may decide to have it done. I don't want the BP to go though any more effort and expence than they have to - I just had a whole vision of a "Steel Magnolias" scene where everyone's chatting and bonding at the beauty parlor. Maybe I should just leave hairdressing up to each person and let them pay as they see fit?

Also, about tipping: my hairdresser works three days a week at a salon and the other days from home. My wedding's on a Sunday, one of her "home" days. Normally, I know tipping's not expected for a hairdresser running her own business, but it's different for a wedding, right? I don't feel right NOT doing something - esp. since I've been going to her for 2 1/2 years.
