| I think I might be miscariaging, I am only about 6 weeks and my scan couldnt even detect anything yet. Now I am having bad period pains and spotting... is this the beginnings of a miscarriage? Please help. |

id go straight to hospital, explain your fears and tell them u are not moving until you get checked out.

| I think you should take bad hair days advise. It may not necessarily mean the begginings of a miscarriage but it's better to check things out. Don't bother to make an appointment. Just go straight to maternity or A@E an don't put it off. Go now! |

If a scan isn't detecting anything then what use is the hospital going to be?
The bestthing to do it have a warm bath and relax, put your feet up above heart level and take it easy.
It is common to spot during pregnancy. Doesn't mean you are losing the baby.
Phone your midwife if you are worried, she can advise you what the best thing to do will be. |
