first signs of pregnancy...help

hi there i was just wondering is there any changes that you notice in your body in the first couple of weeks of pregnancy? as ive been feeling a bit different a few niggles and so on in my stomache...not painful like period pains...but different its hard to explain...is this normal>? also what other signes do you notice early on?

u don't necessarily get sickness and vomiting the first thing i noticed was the fact that my boobs were a bit bigger and sore. but u can get vomiting but not every1 does.

im six weeks pregnant from the first day of my last period and have a medical condition,an over active thyroid.im really worried as i dont seem to be having many symptoms.the main one i have is tender breasts which seem to feel wose at night,i know it sounds strange.not really going to the toilet like others seem to be.i dont feel sick and that heavy feeling i had in my tummy that made me suspect i might be pregnant in the first place in tha last few days has gone.ive been reading on the net about blighted ovum,where you lose the baby and your body absorbs it back in.has this happened to anybody.im so worried as i have been tryin g for three years to become pregnant.should i be having more symptoms
