| There are far more women who can use a computer than there are men who have even the slightest degree of proficiency in sex. |

Nerds make the best lovers because they think about sex all the time and study it.
Jocks on the other hand just think about sports.
From "Revenge of the Nerds".
Well my wifes got a degree in computer science and if she's a lesbian then shes been
hiding it pretty well for nearly three decades |

A sweeping statement that belongs in a place where the sun doesn't shine.
This woman knows computers from real ones to the PCs most of you are using, I built my first website (using the Unix vi editor) in February 1994 when Mosaic was the only working browser.
Also I am a mother and a wife with little or no lesbian tendencies. Please get back in your box.

Quite right. And I still use Vi every day. Let's see a M$ app last 25 years unchanged and
still be as useful.

Actually it's the first of a series of bad comedy films. Sort of nerd version of Animal House.
Revenge of the Nerds I and II are out on DVD, don't know when III and IV will be released. |

Tina,
I too use vi every day - I can still use ed for when all else (like fsck) fails but as male collegues say, vi is our darling.

| well done Susan J, I have found someone else who really appreciates proper computers (Unix) and not all this point and click rubbish that microshit purport to be the best. I love vi too, so powerful and it doesn't take that long to learn it either. I refuse to use any gates rubbish unless I am unable to find an alternative. Therefore IE doesn't exist on my Mac or my works PC where I use anything else but. My Unix/Linux/OSX computers don't require reboots every nanosecond either, uptimes of 500 days is quite normal. |
